Being Two

She sometimes wears this as the headband that it is, but it is so big, it slips. I wonder if one time it slipped over her eyes and she decided it made stylish glasses. She reminds me of Geordi from Star Trek Generations.

Evidently, playing with Lite Brite requires wearing shades. Ok, they aren't shades exactly.

Sisters

I'm not sure how she was able to get everyone in this picture, but this was taken when Tersa took everyone to the park on President's day. Then she took them to the dollar store so they could each pick out a treat. I love that she does this occasionally! And so do they.

A Superhero Sadie Hawkins

 We've known John Mondi for quite a while. When he and his brother Alex were in elementary school, they would come to their grandparents house before and after school. Their grandparents live across the street from us. When the boy that Tersa has just started dating was asked by someone else, Tersa decided to ask someone she was comfortable with. 

And if you're going to go around punching people, it's good to be comfortable with it.

 We took pictures in the tunnel and then the boys were given a clue as to where to find their "prize." When they came out of the tunnel they got pegged with nerf bullets until they found their own guns and ammo! Then, it was war!

Anarya's first haircut

Some people have a real hard time with cutting their baby's hair. But my baby's get to the point where they create such a mess of long hair in their sleep and while they eat that they bawl and cry when I have to comb it out. That's when mom says, but it off! Joel usually does the cutting until they get to be about 4 or 5. (Depending on how picky they are.)

And once it's done, they are adorable and happy. And the next time I do their hair, it is quick and relatively painless. But they don't even seem to appreciate it.

I really don't understand this, but evidently no one TP's anyones house anymore. We got forked.

Precarious

She didn't actually get stuck. I was looking for her though and she sounded so far away as she called out. When I found her and asked what she was doing, she crawled out and showed me what she'd gone under there for.
