2nd Born

Mardi spent a good deal of her life sitting back while Tersa was called in to help. But a couple of years ago I realized that Mardi can't do all the things Tersa can and so she got called on more and more. She hates it. Tonight she is making mac and cheese. Why is it on the floor? She was stirring. Does she do this on purpose in the hopes that we will stop making her do stuff?

Precocious (Nope read it again)

When Keddi would only crawl, she would go over to the shoes, put a pair on her hands and crawl around with them. This baby likes to put stuff around her neck. The girls tights, pants, (I've seen her try a sock that's lying on the floor.) and headphone cords for the piano.

This time she got more than she bargained for and couldn't get out. Or even very far away from the piano.(The headphones were plugged in.) So, Mom to the rescue. (After a picture of course.)

Baby body-building

I hadn't put the peaches in the pantry yet. I had no problem with her playing with them but I was a little shocked when I saw her pick one up with one hand. Is it just me, or does it seem that a 14 mo. old shouldn't be able to do this?

Tersa's birthstone ring

A ring is the birthstone jewelry piece that Joel gets the girls for their 16th birthday. Since she got a party this year, this is the only gift she received on her birthday. She didn't complain.
